Ordered from DMAX Store and, you know, everything was totally fine. The install guidance was actually clear for the most part, except for one little section I had to figure out on my own, which was... fine, definitely fine. Overall it helped a lot though, and I’d probably use them again

My order showed up later than expected, which was annoying at first. I was ready to be frustrated about the whole thing. Then out of nowhere, I actually felt taken care of because support kept updating me the whole time. Not ideal, but at least I wasn’t left guessing.

The site was actually easy to get around, and the pages loaded fine for me, which is always nice when that works the way it should. I found what I needed without having to click around forever. The only thing is the filters could be a little clearer, because apparently guessing what each one does is part of the experience.

I ordered from dmaxstore.com and had a few questions before I bought anything. The staff really seemed to know their parts and explained what would fit my truck without making it confusing. I appreciated that they didn’t just send some copy-paste answer. It really felt like I was talking to someone who actually works around this stuff. The only reason I’d give 4 stars is because the reply took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall it was still a really good experience.

"Refund ended up being painless"
I ordered from dmaxstore.com and then had to cancel, which I wasn’t looking forward to because refunds can be such a headache sometimes. Support didn’t get back to me instantly or anything, so I was a little unsure at first, but they did reply and actually explained what was happening. After a few days the money showed back up, so in the end it was fine. Not totally perfect, but fair enough, and thankfully it didn’t turn into some big drawn-out hassle.

I was a little unsure at first since I’d never ordered from dmaxstore.com before, but the site was easy enough to use and the order details were clear. Payment felt secure, and I got the confirmation emails like I expected, so that helped me feel better about it.
Shipping wasn’t super quick, but it did arrive within the time they said it would. The product matched the listing and there weren’t any weird suprises. I’m giving 4 stars because support could’ve replied a bit faster, but overall I’d order from them again.

"Still happy with it, despite the rough delivery"
My order showed up with one corner dented and the box looking beat up, which was annoying, but I don’t think that automatically makes the whole thing a disaster. I messaged them about it and they got back to me the next day, then offered a small refund. Sure, it wasn’t perfect, but they did respond and try to make it right, so I’m still happy with it overall.
